Checking transactions for market conformity
MACOC:Trades supports our customers in checking the market conformity of trading transactions according to EU regulatory guidelines, such as the minimum requirements (MaRisk) of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Major banks have used MACOC:Trades for years for both risk control and regulatory compliance. An ASP model is available in conjunction with this application at no additional cost.
In the context of centralized trading control, MACOC:Trades is capable of automatically checking a broad spectrum of financial products for market conformity against current market data:

The basis for checking is current market information combined with an individually determined set of rules, providing a fully automated sequence of checking processes. Through the flexible setting of parameters, the requirements which specifically apply to a particular bank or institution individually configured.
MACOC:Trades makes a variety of research and reporting functions available. These include the areas of trading and market data research, management reporting, activity reporting and ad-hoc queries.
The system architecture is scalable and can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements.
