Conflicts of Interest (COI)
MiFID requires that conflicts of interest be recognized and remedial actions taken at an early stage. Conflicts should be proactively avoided. This is only possible through organizational change, supported by a strong infrastructure.
With MACOC:COI, potential conflicts of interest are entered decentrally, then centrally checked by the system for collisions against other entered events. Automated processes are guided on the basis of freely definable workflows.

Flexible parameters enable the system to meet customer-specific requirements. Potential conflicts of interest can be managed at an early stage, in accordance with MiFID. All processing, (manual) checking and remedial actions are documented in a tamperproof audit trail.
In addition to conflict of interest events, MACOC:COI supports the integrated management of master data, providing for flexible structuring of processes and of the COI policy required by MiFID.
