b-next and Interactive Data (Europe) Ltd entered into an alliance in October 2009.
The alliance with Interactive Data combines b-next's MACOC software solutions, used by over 150 customers across Europe to identify market abuse, conflicts of interest, insider trading and customer specific best execution results, with a range of Interactive Data's global pricing and reference data, including static, business entity, corporate actions and class actions data, as well as ratings and classifications. The aim is to streamline and simplify potentially inefficient, disjointed and time-consuming compliance processes by providing compliance officers with high quality modular solutions of business critical compliance activities across their entire business.
