MACOC:University - MiFID - Best Execution
With its MACOC:University, b-next has created a new forum for training and workshops centered around customer needs and current business-critical topics.
The upcoming MiFID - Best Execution Workshop is directed at MiFID project managers and specialists whose responsibilities including the implementation and ongoing management of best execution policy.
Hands-on training on a live application:
The workshop will focus on the concrete implementation of best execution processes, using realistic case examples, and specifically including the creation and refinement of best execution policies, checking for market comformity and the structuring and use of efficiency checking.
The workshop will concentrate on the competitive aspects of best execution – on using the new requirements to increase market share and reduce error rates, and on providing the tools to be able to respond quickly to new competitive situations or changes in the market.
We will show you how efficiency checking can be used as a basis for backtesting new or alternative best execution policies. The workshop will include hands-on practice on a live application to cover all process steps, all the way through to reporting.
